CALIFORNIA COASTAL TRAIL WEEKEND FOR MEMBERS

The Sonoma County CCT Weekend was a smashing success! Coastwalkers traveled from as far away as Seattle and Southern California to install markers on the Kortum Trail, perform some maintenance work on the trail, and enjoy lovely hikes, delicious food, informative talks and great company.

Trail namesake Bill Kortum and long time CCT advocate Richard Nichols performed the first insignia installation. Tim Duff from the State Coastal Conservancy and State Park’s Linda Rath were among the invited guests who gathered on Sonoma County’s spectacular coast for the launch of Coastwalk’s insignia installation campaign.
